  • Assistance with your photography timeline for your wedding day

  • Professionally edited photos delivered through your private online gallery

  • Download of your high resolution photographs and print rights for the client – make prints in any way you choose

  • Option to order professional prints through the online gallery if you wish

  • Wedding gallery up for 2 years after your wedding date

  • Scheduling a time to meet in person, the day before the wedding

 
 

No additional travel fees or taxes – prices shared in this proposal are the full, inclusive cost

  • Unlimited wedding day coverage (up to 11 hours)

    • Custom timeline to cover your full wedding experience

Collection Two:

  • 1 photographer, Jennifer Callahan

  • Digital photography coverage

  • 8 hours

    • $4,000

Collection Three:

  • 1 photographer, Jennifer Callahan

  • Digital photography coverage

  • 6 hours

    • $3,500

  • Options to add film coverage to any collection

    • Add film photography coverage to portrait time with the couple: $250

    • Add film photography coverage to the ceremony and portraits: $500

    • Add film photography coverage throughout the entire wedding day: $1,000

  • Wedding Albums:

    • Wedding albums can be added to any collection when you book your wedding date. Couples can also wait to purchase an album at anytime after their wedding date and their wedding photos have been delivered. Here’s a link to detailed album pricing for 2025

  • Day After, Couples Session

    • A day after session is a photo session, done the day after the wedding, with the couple – in the style of an engagement session: $500

 
 

Next Steps

  • A completed contract and deposit of $500 books your wedding date.

    • The contract and payments are completed online and we walk your through the process which we keep as simple as possible for your convenience

  • The balance is due 3 weeks before the wedding date

  • Leading up to your wedding, we’re available to help with planning and would love to share referrals with you for any vendors you’re still looking for

  • If you’re in town before your wedding day, we would love to meet up in person

  • We are unable to hold wedding dates for couples. If our availability changes for your date, we will follow up to let you know.
